Thursday, March 3, saw a celebration of success at Hillside.  The last 30 minutes of the day was spent with students who had achieved a 3 or 4 on their end of course tests and all students who had made more than 3% growth on the same tests enjoying ice cream.  There was also a drawing for students thanks to some donations given by HERFF JONES, PRESTIGE PORTRAITS and COMMUNITY IN SCHOOLS.  Ice cream was donated by Hillside Athletic and Student Government Associations.

Hillside achieved 61.13% passing rate on their first semester end of course tests.  After the ice cream and the drawing, the students may have felt that success had never been so sweet!
